Glen is an industry professional with extensive expertise in the automotive, aerospace, and power generation industries. He has been involved with vehicle restoration and motorsports for more than twenty years.

Glen's competition experience includes roles as a designer, race engineer, crew chief, and driver. His driving experience includes karting, formula cars, GT racing, "One Lap of America", and "Targa Newfoundland". Glen was the Winner of the 2006 Targa Newfoundland. In addition to these endeavours, Glen is a sessional lecturer at Carleton University for the Formula SAE program. He also provides coaching, and operates high performance driving schools.

Glen owns and operates Open Road Motorsports. Located near Ottawa, Ontario, this company serves Eastern Ontario and Western Quebec with services that include Event Management, Performance Training, Technical Services, and Business Development.
